Earlier this week the Austin Business Journal reported that the funky restaurant and bar in North Austin is in litigation with its landlord, and as a result of pending court actions might be forced to move. The landowner, Sharon Ma, also has listed the restaurant and an adjacent parcel for sale for $2.8 million.
