The story about Weirdos just gets more weird. Earlier this week the Austin Business Journal reported that the funky restaurant and bar in North Austin is in litigation with its landlord, and as a result of pending court actions might be forced to move. The landowner, Sharon Ma, also has listed the restaurant and an adjacent parcel for sale for $2.8 million.

 Our clients can still close in 2012 if we can move quickly.  Below is a list of tenants approved by our acquisition underwriting criteria.  If you own a single tenant asset leased to any of these tenants, are developing an asset with a tenant on this list, or you are the tenant considering a sale-leaseback, please contact us immediately if you want to sell in 2012 and avoid the 8.8% INCOME TAX increase coming in 2013.  Pricing subject to credit and remaining lease term, but, minimum capitalization rate is 7.5%.  Location is nationwide (prefer Texas).

Please do not send any assets on the market longer than 1 week.  Off Market is preferred.
