Zaxby's Chicken-Need to Buy Pad Sites or Land for Sites-Central Texas

I am signing a new client, "Zaxbys".
They are a 26 year old firm that runs a fast-casual, (with drive-through) chicken concept Restaraunt.  I'm working with cororate. They buy their real estate, usually a pad site, and build/own the site and lease it to their franchisee. 

They want to purchase multiple Central Texas locations: 
•.75+ acre sites
•drive through is a must 
•prefer to build free standing rather than in-line
•higher income in 15 minute drive time 
•ideally-lots of rooftops and/or business lunch potential
• locations: austin, Bastrop, Lockhart, kyle, buda, bee cave & Lakeway
