Need To Purchase Retail or Office Assets Min 7.5 Cap Rate

We have a client looking for single or multi-tenant retail or office assets in Texas.  Minimum cap rate is 7.5%-8% for stabilized assets.  The anchor tenant must be strong regional or national credit.  We are willing to protect your commission for off market opportunities or offer a reduced commission if we are direct with the seller.   

 Potential opportunities may include Sale Leaseback, Build To Suit, or Forward Commitment.  Close in 45-60 days.  Looking forward to working together on the next project!
