We represent an institutional client looking to purchase multifamily assets in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio MSAs Meeting the following criteria:

Class A Only

Capitalization Rate: 4%-6%

Minimum Size: 250 Units

No Loan Assumption
