·         Acquisition Price: $850k-$1.0M

·         Austin MSA-As far north as Georgetown, to Buda/Kyle in South.

·         No Office Condos, or partial ownership scenarios

·         Likes: Warehouse, Retail, (Multitenant)

·         Local Credit, Class B; or Well Cared for Class C Ok.

·         7% Cap rate is the goal. Client is very hands on, and experienced owner, so not a problem if they need some light remodel/value add.
