Did you know that San Marcos is ranked as the fastest growing city in the U.S. and the Greater San Marcos Region is one of the fastest growing areas in the country? The Greater San Marcos Region, which includes the cities of Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, San Marcos Wimberley, Lockhart and Luling, is ideally located on the IH-35 corridor just 30 miles south of Austin and 40 miles north of San Antonio. Brett Arabie, Partner with Oxford Commercial, will discuss the growth and economic activity of this part of the IH-35 corridor with a close look at Kyle and one of the area's premier developments – Plum Creek.
Patrick Rose, President of Corridor Title, will discuss the benefits of locating a business or development in Hays County.
Adriana Cruz, President of the Greater San Marcos Partnership, a public-private partnership focused on economic growth in Hays and Caldwell Counties, will also be on hand to discuss the San Marcos Partnership's efforts to promote the entire region including Caldwell County.
