Have: Burnet Road--off market properties for sale
Earlier this year, went to lease a Property for a Burnet Road Owner. We got several purchase offers from prospective Buyers which resulted in a sale. That owner/seller referred me to another Burnet Road owner and I sold that property also in an off-market capacity.
Based on this, I have been contacted by several other Burnet Road owners who would sell their property in an off-market capacity.
