My client has been on the new store opening team for a national tire/auto store for last several years. He lives in Austin and would like to open a tire/auto store with at least 6-8 bays. Has high net worth and team in place to start asap.

 

Will Lease or Buy:

Lease: $7500/mo is estimated budget but will go higher

 

Buy:$800k-$1.2M site dependent

 

Think of a location like NTB, Discount Tire, etc. We can remodel, or add onto existing sites as well.
