CEO of RideScout- Upcoming CCIM Central Texas Chapter Lunch Speaker

Austin, TX: 10-31-14 “Halloween”

 

I had a great meeting this morning with “costumed” RideScout CEO Joseph Kopser at their Austin headquarters. Joseph is a fellow West Point grad. Our CCIM Programs Committee headed up by Mark Rankin, CCIM and Rebecca Zigterman met with Kopser to discuss his speaking engagement at an upcoming CCIM Chapter lunch.

 

RideScout was recently acquired by the 8^th largest transportation company in the world—Daimler.

 

Kopser had a great thought for commercial property owners, particularly in office real estate: “CRE owners should consider putting showers in all their offices. Cities like Austin attract talented folks who like to exercise, and bike, and in the downtown areas in particular, a bike is a great way to get around downtown.”. (my paraphrase of his quote because I couldn’t type as fast as he talked!)
