AUSTIN, TEXAS, (12/18/14):  Announcing the closing of Goodwin Apartments at 3706 Goodwin Avenue, Austin, TX a 68 unit multifamily complex near Airport Boulevard & Oak Springs . 

Jim Young CCIM, and Nick Nelson CCIM, of KW Commercial,   represented the Buyer, a multifamily investment group.   The deal was especially notable, because it was put under contract, and closed in less than 7 days.  Gracy Title’s  Bob Roberts was especially helpful in clearing the way to a quick closing. The new owner plans to do a value add of the property.
