Our client is an experienced owner/investor with a growing Austin/EagleFord/DFW portfolio with extensive acquisition and management experience. The purchase criteria is over 200 units in the Austin/SA/Central Texas region. Stabilized or Value Add. If you have a property we should consider, please send the address, rent roll and financials for review. If you have difficult financials or owner with poor record keeping- we can still make it work. (On one of our last deals, 30% of the leases were missing and we still closed early).
Commissions:
We can write your fee into our offer if your Seller does not want to protect your fees.
Closing:
We can close with 100% cash and quickly, in less than 30 days if desired. This Client has closed even quicker than that when needed. The client is a high net worth individual and won't make very fast decisions. We do not need to go to a committee, a board or an acquisition team to get you an answer.
