We have retained exclusive right to sell 1076 Springdale, a property that has not been available for nearly 40 years.
Not priced yet, but Offering Memorandum will be coming out in 7-10 days. We have final meetings with engineers to determine highest density. Once survey is back- we will be going to market. We will have a full suite of information including water/wastewater, utility capacity letters, and more at that point.
