East Riverside's Townhome & Single Family "Park East" by Standard Pacific Homes

East Riverside Drive in Austin, Texas is rapidly changing.

I have a listing at 6400 East Riverside Drive (listing link here). Today, I drove the East Riverside Drive area, and saw the massive construction progress at Standard Pacific’s “Park East” project, located at East Riverside & Frontier Valley Drive. The site has roads going in, and looks like they will begin framing the single family and townhomes soon.
