BN produces healthy protein bars sold at MyFitFoods, CentralMarket, & Whole Foods, called OatMega, as well as fitness cookies called “PerfectFit”.

    We are seeking a location to move their food manufacturing facility and assembly line for OatMega and Perfect Fit.

Needs:

·         15,000 – 20,000 sf

·         Docks-

o   1 high dock

o   1 dock on grade

·         Must be sprinklered

·         Floor Drains a Must or allowed to install floor drains

·         Grease Trap or allowed to install grease trap

·         Tenant will build or install drop down ceiling (wipeable) to comply with food manufacturing code

·         3 phase electric

·         Parking for 15-20 employees

 

Location: Within 15-20 minutes drive east & west of I-35 & Ben White.

They are moving because they have doubled their sales in last several years.
