We have client who has recently left his position as the Executive Chef of a popular downtown restaurant, having previously helped run restaurants such as Roys, and Shoreline Grill. He would like to open a concept outside of downtown, ideally in second generation space.
Concept Will Include:
· 3, 5, & 7 Course Prix-Fixe Menu & Wine/Dessert Pairings
· U-Shaped Bar where food is prepared in view of diners (similar to “Sway” on S 1st)
· Like to have seating for 20
· An old house with proper zoning could work, but a building with character is ideal
· Size: 1500-2000 sf interior
· Parking Onsite, or Ability to Use Valets
· Locations: S 1st, S Congress, S Lamar, or North Lamar, Burnet (no higher than 183) & Guadalupe
o No CBD preferred, but would consider if you think something should be looked at.
· Tenant has funds to do considerable TI, depending on site suitability
· Budget: Up to $30/foot + NNN
