I have a local client who is seeking to buy the following type of multifamily product.
· $8-$11M Purchase of Austin area multifamily
o (my client is not on a 1031, but has $4M cash to leverage)
· Client is local, high net-worth individual with history of owning multifamily in Austin & California
· Seeking property that is stabilized for the most part. Not heavy value-add.
· Cap rates above 5% will be considered/reviewed.
· Locations: Client prefers nicer parts of Austin MSA, and understands the cost/per unit will reflect
· Timing: We can move as immediate as possible since funds are in bank, and Buyer is local.
