VETERAN BUSINESS SEEKS SMALL OFFICE/PARKING SITE:

 

 

Lease Need/Criteria:

·         Small Office for 1-2 Desks

·         Secured Parking for 2-3 Vans/Trucks-

o   This is so the team doesn’t have to offload and lock up all the pressure washers/equipment each evening.

·         Geography:

o   They service West Lake, Bee Cave, Spicewood, Lakeway, to Steiner-Ranch area—so prefer to be in those areas.

·         Budget: $600- $800/mo

·         This will likely be a sub-lease, and as Tenant Rep, I’m not looking for commission on this deal---just to help a Veteran find a place for his first 1-2 years.

Ideas:

o   Sublease with an HVAC, or other contractor who locks up their vehicles at night.

o   Self-Storage site with ability to park vehicles at night, and a/any small office space.
