The Central Texas CCIM Chapter is proud to announce two (2) scholarships available to obtain your CCIM Designation. Apply today to start or continue your journey to becoming a CCIM. These scholarships were created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipients should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.
Scholarship Selection Criteria - Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career (see application).
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with a local CCIM Chapter (see application).

About the Scholarships: - 2017 CCIM Course Scholarship Program
- 1 Full Tuition Scholarship for use in 2017 toward either CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104.
- For those seeking advanced course scholarships (CI 103 or CI 104) this additional criterion applies:
- Recipient of this scholarship should be selected from among individuals who have already successfully completed CI 101 and CI 102 and are currently Candidate Members of the CCIM Institute and have a need for financial assistance.

- Butch and Rhonda West Scholarship
- $1000 to be used toward either CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104
- Must be used toward a course hosted by the Central Texas Chapter in Austin, Texas
- Available to use for the upcoming CI 101 course in November
