I’ve been retained by the real estate team at a national chicken restaraunt who intends to open 10+ stores in West Austin & certain parts of East Austin.

·         I’m looking for pad sites, or sites that we can purchase. The criteria is below.

·         Firm started 20+ years ago.

·         Fast casual, dine-in,  cooked to serve. Not “fast food” per se.

 

Please send me any sites, or packets that you want considered. They will be visiting Austin in 2 weeks.

 

 

·         .75 -1 acre+

·         Drive through

·         Travis County:

o   West Austin- Bee Cave, Lakeway, Jonestown, Lago Vista

o   East Austin – south of 290

·         Need drive through.

o   Fine with single drive through.

·         Being near schools, hospitals, and neighborhoods

·         Buy the real estate, develop and lease to franchisees.

 

Goal:

·         Wants to buy the dirt or Pad sites

 

Concept: Firm is over 20 years old, and  has considerable locations on East Coast.
