NEED to BUY: Medical Office Buildings-

My Client Seeking to Buy More Medical Office Buildings.

 

If you have a client who owns a Medical Office Building that has strong tenants such as:

·         Orthodontists

·         Cardiologists

·         EarNoseThroat (ENT)

·         And/or other similar specialists

In a visible location, fairly new construction (2000 or later) with 3-5+ years remaining on leases—we would like to hear from you.

 

Ideally; sell on a 8.0%+ cap rate, and our client will be closing on 2-3 of them in Q1-2013.

Price Range: $2-$5M

 

Prefer major cities, and located near a hospital or medical center campus.
