The site, has been leased to Neighbors Emergency Centers (www.nec24.com).  Neighbors Emergency Centers are different from a standard 24 Hour Emergency Room by redefining the emergency room experience with private treatment rooms equipped with HD TVs, modern décor, a comfortable waiting area, peaceful pediatric treatment rooms, and more.  The building has 9,497 square feet of space.  Nick Nelson, and Jim Young, of KW Commercial, represented the Landlord.  Brian Novy, of the Novy Company, representedNeighbors Emergency Centers. "This was excellent opportunity for the Landlord to create a long term lease withNeighbors Emergency Centers, which has a distinctly unique approach to emergency room care.
